Jerry Ellis, Founder/Licensed Insurance Agent,

Jerry founded Ellis Insurance Agency in 1980, with the expressed intention of helping people who needed insurance get the savings that they deserved as well as offering courteous and professional treatment that everyone should enjoy. Twenty eight years later Jerry is still going strong with his belief that has also inspired a purpose of being and agency motto which is "In Business to Help People." Jerry prides himself through professionalism and putting the customer first by going above and beyond for each and every individual that comes to Ellis Insurance Agency.

 

Nicole Ellis Thompson, Office Manger/Licensed Insurance Agent,

Nicole has been working in the insurance business since 1994. She takes pride in the establishment that her father (Jerry Ellis) has worked to build over the past twenty eight years.  Simply put Nicole has the same beliefs as her father as they are "In Business to Help People." Her primary goal not only as a office manger, but also as a licensed insurance agent and customer service representative, is to ensure that each and every single customer that comes to Ellis Insurance Agency save as much time and money as possible.

 

Bobby Alonzo, Licensed Insurance Agent,

Bobby has been a licensed insurance agent since 2000. Bobby feels that the most important thing to him as an agent is to meet and exceed the customers needs and to help them get a full understanding of their service that they are going to be receiving from Ellis Insurance Agency. Bobby also likes to make sure that each client has a sense of security when choosing an insurance company and policy.

 

Kevin Johnson, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) Agent,

Since starting in the insurance industry in 2000, Kevin has specialized in commercial and business insurance and also handles personal insurance such as home and auto. He received his commercial and business insurance designation from The National Underwriters Company and The Hartford School of Insurance. Kevin prides himself in taking extra care of all his clients in the most convenient manner possible.

 

Melissa Trott, Customer Service Representative,

Melissa started with the Ellis Insurance family in 2003. Melissa speaks to customers, mortgage companies, and lien holders. She does this to verify policies and to get better pricing for the customers when it comes time to renew their policies. Melissa feels that helping a customer achieve their goals with a new or existing insurance policy is a great reward in itself.

 

David Black, Licensed Insurance Agent,

David has been a experienced licensed insurance agent since 2003. David always strives for excellence in earning the customers trust and respect. He feels that the best way to start is to put the customer first, as well as ensuring that they are getting the best policy that will suit their needs and save the customer the most money.

 

Bill Sharon, IT,

Bill has been a part of the Ellis Insurance Family since 2004. He always strives to keep all of the equipment working properly because the equipment is the most important part of making sure that the customer receives the correct information and also receives that information on time.

 

Neal Ellis, Data Administrator,

Neal came to the Ellis Insurance family in 2006 with the drive and determination to always go above and beyond for the customer simply because it will always show that you care about the customer and will be their advocate in any situation. To this day Neal has held true to this standard.

 

Kevin Kaufman, Licensed Insurance Agent,

Kevin recently joined the Ellis Insurance family in 2007 and brings ten years of wisdom and  knowledge in the insurance industry along with him. Kevin also strives to exceed the customers expectations by listening to the needs of the customer and by making recommendations for personal and commercial insurance interests. He also prides himself in providing superior customer service.

 

Jay Lynn Hines, Licensed Customer Service Rep,

Jay Lynn joined Ellis Insurance in 2010, and we are ecstatic because she brings over 30 years of insurance experience. Jay Lynn is proficient in working with all personal and commercial insurance markets and has extensive experience in dealing with clients. Jay Lynn is a valued member of our service department

Eric Cervantes, Licensed Insurance Agent,

After four years of helping Insurance agencies all over the state of Texas write commercial insurance, Eric brought his commercial experience in 2009 to Ellis Insurance to help provide the high level of service each business owner deserves. Eric graduated from Texas A&M University in 2001 and continues his education in the insurance industry by participating in seminars and continuing education courses.
 

Gilbert Breig, Licensed Insurance Agent,

After a short retirement Gilbert could not stay away from his passion for insurance and joined Ellis Insurance Agency in 2009. Gilbert owned and operated an independent agency focused on writing commercial insurance and the many years as a business owner allow him to provide expert commercial insurance advice to his clients.
 

Denae Laine, Receptionist,

Denae enters Ellis Insurance as the newest receptionist. Denae will be the first person to welcome you in and make you feel like part of the family. She firmly believes that first impressions are the most important, as it paves the way for the rest of the customer/agent relationship. Denae understands that everyone is part of the family and she looks forward to assisting you with a smile on her face!
