Change is certainly a constant factor of life and the insurance industry as well. The housing market in Central Texas continues at a record pace. Recent studies project that the current pace will continue through 2010 and further. Along with the booming new home market, remodeling jobs are occurring in record numbers. Lower mortgage and interest rates are the prime influence and are a key factor in pushing up not only the number of new home starts, sales of existing homes, but the lower rates have also boosted home prices. These lower rates have also triggered an unprecedented boom in refinancing.

These factors make it more important than ever before for every policy holder to have their coverage's reviewed by their agent.
